Sustainability Built-In

Titan’s commitment to sustainability is in every part of our operations.  The equipment we use, our maintenance operations, the routes we plan – all support our sustainability mission.

Titan uses Single and Dual stream Recycling Trucks to collect the recycling products left in front of each homeowner’s site. We strive to dramatically increase recycling participation in each of Titan’s Communities. The big advantage of Single/Dual Stream Recycling is the direct reduction in collection costs, lower carbon emissions, and an increased efficiency in the sorting process. The increased participation and efficiency reduces the dependence on landfills. With over 50 years of operating experience, we have been able to fully develop our recycling programs beyond most programs in our area.

Sustainable Shopping

Before you buy

As consumers and businesses, we can have a big impact on waste and recycling.  This begins at the point of purchase.  Consider the packaging and size of products so that you minimize your footprint.

  • Avoid Styrofoam
  • Use concentrated detergents with smaller packaging
  • Use products in recyclable containers
  • Use washable rags instead of paper towel when possible
